The Project Brief was to create a sunroom at the back of the house, in an area where the walls were on different angles, making it a complex project.

The client had drawings created prior, so Jay modified them and engaged a structural engineer to ensure the project would achieve the desired outcome. We made this possible by using commercial grade box gutters & rain heads to ensure water disperses correctly from the house. Using structural steel, we made the area look bigger with a raked ceiling, with rendered brickwork, large glazed windows & doors, and a beautifully crafted concrete polished floor.

These types of projects require strong communication between the builder and client to get the desired outcome.
