We extended the existing roof line to keep it simple. We removed the corner of the alfresco to create access to the backyard, and completed works to the kitchen area which included opening it right up to take advantage of natural lighting and create a much larger feel.
We also installed the timber frame extension cladding to match the existing raked ceiling in the large living area to enhance the size. Finally, we built decking out the back,
and exposed the rafters.
