The community celebrated the grand opening of the facility, which underwent an extension and refurbishment, resulting in a modern and spacious meeting room designed to effectively support the community during local events and any regional emergencies.
This extensive renovation was made possible through the Emergency Services Levy Local Government Grant scheme, along with ongoing support from the Shire of Waroona. The updated station now boasts improved facilities, replacing the old, cluttered setup with a well organised and efficient space, ready to tackle any disaster.
